Overview

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. This store credit will be provided as a digital gift card sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts [7] days from the start of you receiving the item. If [7] days have passed since you have received the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Video recording during the unboxing is encouraged for this will help quicken the process of solving complaints.
  • Please note that we do not offer refund and returns for products if you simply change your mind or decide that you do not like the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you through within a certain amount of days.

1. Eligibility for Store Credit:

  • Store credit is issued for returns or exchanges of items purchased from our online store.
  • Items must be returned within [7] days from the start of receiving the item. It must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

2. Issuance of Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer to whom it was issued.

3. Expiration:

  • Store credits are valid for [12] months from the date of issuance. Unused store credit will expire after this period.

4. Usage:

  • Store credit can be applied towards any purchase on our website.
  • Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or applied towards shipping fees.

6. Adjustments:

  • If a purchase exceeds the amount of store credit, the remaining balance must be paid with other accepted payment methods.
  • If a purchase is less than the store credit amount, the remaining credit will be applied to a new store credit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@cozykaiju.store and we will message you the address to where you can send your item to.

Shipping returns

To return your product, Kindly mail your product to the address that we will send you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
